The road to somewhere...
The Talking Heads have a great song called The Road to Nowhere. It's not their biggest hit, but it's catchy. In the song, David Byrne pines about knowing where he's going, but not knowing where he's been. He sings about knowing what he knows, but he can't understand what all he's seen. One can only assume drugs had something to do with the conception of these lines. Regardless, we think there's something interesting about the idea; however it was inspired.But, the road to nowhere is an oxymoron. Roads lead to places and things, and people. Even when roads reach a dead end, they've gone somewhere. Right?David Byrne is an idiot. Let's talk about the road to somewhere.At Coffee 'n Cones, we believe in potential. We believe in the human.
