going out - getting star spangled...watching films, reading books, martial arts, marital arts, the sea, singing sea shanties, local newspapers, bizarre conversation

Team America is a work of painstaking and breathless beauty. It works on so many levels and should be studied at university. Spiderman 2 make me realise that with great power comes great responsibility, but great power with greater irresponsibility is more amusing. Wierd Science leads me to the conclusion that you haven't lived until you've seen naked gymnastics. Blackbeard's Ghost resonates with my good natured pirate tendencies. Old Boy satisfies the parts other dark films cannot reach. Star Wars gives a good dose of the lasers. The House of Flying Daggers is smashing. Ong Bak is a superb depiction of life in Budleigh salterton. The Shawshank Redemption is righteous and reminds me of school. Trading Places is a modern day Shakespearian classic

Zeus - King of the Gods (an ageless omnipotent lothario with the listless sexual appetite of a 60yr old colonel) morihei ueshiba (what a peaceful man with a powerful beard!). David Niven (the quintessential british gent). Bugs bunny (fair play to a cross dressing singing and dancing rabbit with a penchant for mischief). Bushtucker Man (a real man's ray mears). Tron (proves that anyone can take on the establishment with a frisbee and win)
