How it started:
Italo Disco was for me my first sex. I loved that synthetic sound and the crazy accent of the singers. I was 14 when I decided to make my own music and it was really Italo Sound. Unfortunately it took me 4 years to do my first record in 89. I produced and performed it together with the famous classical singer Andreas Scholl (he was also in love with Italo Disco!). In the following years I did about 10 records for ZYX, a home of the Italo Sound. I worked for a lot of bigger and more professional labels. But Zyx was the best time. I will never forget how deals have been made in this time. Crazy. No promotion, trashy covers, but we sold more records than Top 20 hits today....:-)
