I defend (suspected, sigh) murderers and rapists all day long. I am completely and utterly desensitized to violence or inhumanity of any kind and it bums me out. Ah well, the Scales of Justice must be balanced...and some of my clients are actually legit and getting screwed...and that is what makes it worth it. But please, people, before you rape your 14-year old niece, or decide to stab the security guy at Ralph's for stopping your attempt to steal liquor, please get some money first so I don't have to deal with you.
