Nathan

I dream in pictures, but the sound is muted. I have no way to understand what they say.

About Me

My name is Nathan Stack. Duran Duran is my favorite band. I'm also enamored with the books of Bret Easton Ellis , the films of Stanley Kubrick and David Lynch , and the TV shows Twin Peaks and The State .

I love the English language and believe in the power of the written, spoken and sung word. I also believe there are times when words should be left well alone.

I make music. It is called Autohypnosis .

My music on iTunes:

My Interests

MAKING MUSIC

good music, good films, good books, interesting designs, tacos, scallywags, polliwogs, uneasy chairs, faux postmodern pop art replicas, garmonbozia

I'm sinking deeper and deeper ... into Medazzaland

I'd like to meet:

People who share my interests in music, film and books.
People who know the difference between "you're" and "your."

To bands, musical artists, filmmakers and comedians: I have my profile set not to accept friend requests from profiles of those varieties; however, this is not a slight against you or your creations. If you want me on your friends list, just send me a message and briefly explain why. This process is simply a way to weed out the myriad people who blindly send requests to every profile they come across.

2006 year-end wrap-up
