About Me

Hi, I'm Travis (some people call me Trevor though)I'm supposed to tell about myself so in advance nothing I like is a good thing to group me. For instance, somtimes i prefer things outdoors, sometimes indoors...my room has a door...i've owned albums by The Doors... and I think I'm one of the few poeple my age who really likes croquet. I have a lot of housemates and think housemates is a lame word but lack anything better to use because i have my own room. My room has in it an air-bed, air guitar, real guitar (C.F. Martin accoustic/elec), baseball signed by the Chicago Cubs, soccer stuff, anime figures, swing dance CDs, the MegaZord, a book case with theology books, manga, and plenty of DVDs in it, pictures of my parents, DDR pads, a St. Louis Blues hoodie, University of Illinois shirts, and a 6 foot Kill Bill poster. My Interests

Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, guitar, manga, Golf, Tae Kwon Do, The Cubs, theatre in gnereal but i really like musicals, anything with strawberry or banana in it, swing, rock climbing, video games, or killing time on myspace.com (i plugged the site, how sweet)

I'd like to meet:

Anyone I guess, preferably local ppl. to get some more friends around the area. Concert go-ers and anyone who i can learn something new from...Oh, but deffintally YOU, I mean your at my site so were close right? I knew it!

Music:

I play acoustic guitar so i listen to a good bit of that but I'm a punk rocker and ska fan at heart. I like blues/jazz and of course the man Frank S. I'll listen to all kinds of stuff really. If it catches my intrest I'll check it out...MxPx, G-Love and the Special Sauce, , Five Iron Frenzy, Duke Elington, Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murpheys, Jason Mraz, Rob Zombie, Miles Davis, Toby Mac, Paul Oakenfold, the Foo Fighters, O.C.Supertones, Bare Naked Ladies, 2gether, The Eyeliners, Go Betty Go, John Mayer, Fenix TX, Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson, MC Lars, Less Than Jake, The Streets, Hello Goodbye, Aneberlin ...see its got some variety

Movies:

Robert Rodreguez movies are always my first pics (Mariachi trilogy,Dusk Till Dawn,Sin City) Tim Burton movies are always good too. Anime, Monty Python films, Chris Farley movies, Orange County,Back to the Future, Shoalin Soccer, Princess Bride, Empire Records, Orange County, Desperado, B-horror movies, Batman Begins, Farris Bueller, Pirates of the Caribbean, and of course Night at the Roxbury

Television:

Naruto Shippuden, Samurai Champloo, soccer or hockey in season, FLCL, Smallville, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Simpsons, South Park, Futurama Aqua Teen, Afro Samurai, Ranma, and lots of anime.

Books:

Horror/suspense (Stephen King, Benchley), Manga (Trigun, Real Bout, Ranma), Poetry (EA Poe, Frost), Plays (most anything), I like lots of classic books books (HG Wells) too, legal-trhillers, and of course Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

Heroes:

My father and mother who i both lost to cancer. May I some day be as good a person as they were.
