D-DUB was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, in the area known as the east side. He overcame all the obstacles and pressures of hood life to become the man he is today. Throughout his life he has encountered numerous situations that has made him wise beyond his years. He went to Westminster Elementary, John Burroughs JH, Washington Prep HS, CSU Long Beach, LA Trade-Tech, and CSU Dominguez Hills; getting fairly good grades in school. He has an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing. He loves basketball, football, and boxing, as well as movies, music, and clubs; almost all forms of entertainment. He describes his style of music Underground R&B (Raw & Blunt). He flows about what is important to him and he does it his way and not the industry way. In fact, he stands for the artists that dont want to follow the industry norm; the ones that want to push the envelope and piss people off worldwide. He will stay true to that till the end and will keep making the music those fans want to here. He got two babies; one 2 years old and one two months old. He is a cool dude that will get real thuggish if he has to. For the most part he is all about making money and taking care of his family.
