"Battlestar Galactica" is one of the greatest t.v.series I have ever seen. I mostly like the animated adult shit, but "House", "Bones", and "Boston Legal" are pretty decent as well.
The Dark Tower series and related novels, L.O.T.R. and The Hobbit(of course), Angels and Demons, the Harry Potters, Gregory Maguires stuff is good, Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, and so on...
