Hi! I am Mandi (aka Amanda or Mandy) and known by the last names Mayes, Bays, Pepitone and Acre. Don't even ask.) I am a mom of 2 kids and a stepmother to 3 more. Brian is 14; Shayna is 13; Matthew is 11; Jacob is 10 and Jordan is 8. We have full custody of all 5 so, yes, I do have my hands full but I love it! I have been married for 3 years to my wonderful hubby, Jeff. We were married on May 14, 2005 in a beautiful chapel near our home. We are currently buying a house in McMinnville, TN which I absolutely love. I work from home in marketing which is a blessing since daycare would cost us a king's ransom! And, no, I probably can't get you a job doing what I do unless you have a home office and a ton of experience in marketing. There isn't really much more to know about me...If I have missed something just ask...
Why You Should Add Me to Your Friends List:
1. I don't have many friends so you'll be doing a public service and a personal favor at the same time. (Hahaha!)
2. I'm honest. If you look fat in an outfit I'll actually tell you so...You have a booger hanging? I'll be the first to let you know.
3. I don't do drugs. (So, if you do--please disregard number one.)
4. I'm happily married to my husband, Jeff, so I won't be trying to get in your pants...or your panties...which ever the case may be.
5. You'll never find a picture of my butt on my myspace profile.
6. I'm low maintenance so you'll never have to pick me up at 3:00 in the morning for an emergency run to Wal-mart for concealer or zit cream.
7. I am a hardcore democrat who tries to avoid serious political discussions because I am passionate about my views...the big "plus" here is that I try to avoid political discussions...but I won't turn away from a good debate if you want one. So you make the choice on how to take this one...
8. And finally, I'm just so dang cool.

Dear Bands,

I only add LOCAL bands from either the McMinnville, TN area or from my hometown of Middlesboro, Kentucky. I love good music but if I will probably never get the chance to see you live chances are you will be denied. I LOVE to support the locals though!!!

Music:

John Lennon (did I say the Beatles? Nope. I said John Lennon) Don't get me wrong, I like SOME Beatles, but only circa Sgt. Peppers...Before that doesn't interest me much. Movies:

I'm a sucker for movies based on true stories. I can't get enough of them. I don't think I have ever SEEN a true story based movie that I didn't like.

Other than those my favorite movies are Willy Wonka (the original); anything with Julia Roberts or Adam Sandler; and THE GAME (one of my top 5 movies of ALL TIME!

Television:

All reality shows. I'm so into reality TV. It can even suck and I can't get enough of it. I am now obsessed with HGTV...I've turned into a DIY FREAK!

Books:

Currently reading the "Child Called It" series, Clay Aiken's "Learning to Sing"

Heroes:

Jesus, of course
My parents (I LOVE YOU, MOM AND DAD!)
John Lennon (Even though he was EXTREMELY eccentric he was willing to say what was on his mind and didn't just "talk"...he ACTED on his passions! Most definitely a trait to be admired!)
