After the CrotchRockers set, The Continental could not recoup from the damages caused by the Fanatical crowd and die-hard groupies. The top shelf bottles were cleaned out first and eventually the taps were sucked dry. After the Booze ran out, the fans became uncontrollable and the destruction began. Fueled by Rock and Roll and hard drink, people reverted into a primal trance and started to tear apart Triggers empire barstool by barstool. In a last ditch effort to quell the crowds bloodlust, Ripley, in homage to Jimi Hendrix, tried some amateur pyrotechnics and lit her bass on fire. That proved to be the most reckless decision of her career. Within minutes, the booze soaked stage was set ablaze. A ring of fire, that was as hot as hell, circled the band. The people in the packed club waited for the fire alarm to automatically activate but it turned out that the shoddy sprinkler system was turned off so that hipsters could smoke joints in the crapper. In a moment of clarity Patrick K. stopped freaking out on stage and had a vision. He always knew that one day he would meet the devil, that moment was rapidly approaching. His decision was simple. He would renew a vow that he made a long, long time ago after being trained to rock by the ghost of Richie Valence, he would BOP TIL HE DROPPED. Thats when he instinctively broke into the sickest guitar solo ever devised by man. The band took the cue and followed soon after. With smoke and the smell of charring flesh filling the air people ran to the doors hoping to escape a fiery demise. The band played on! When triggers wacky straw hat melted into his head, the band played on! As the last person to make it out alive escaped, you could faintly hear the crotch rocker theme song still playing amongst the screaming of the people still trapped inside. Finally after the amplifiers and drum kit were torched beyond working condition, I swear I heard one of the dying bodies cry out Crotchrockers. You suck live!!!
