Ok, Since writing my last blurb, a few things have changed so I thought I'd change what was written on here.
My name, however, is indeed Tom Kerridge and I'm 21 years old. It'll be 22 years on the 22nd August this year since I was born into the world at Watford General, nextdoor to the sacred ground of Vicarage Road home to Watford Football Club. Having spent my formulative years living in Watford, I then moved to the lush green grass of Harpenden, a small journey up the M1. Attending Wood End Primary school, I made several friends some of whom moved away but most of them followed with me to Roundwood Park School. It was here that I started learning things, including climbing through windows, dodging homework and throwing sweets into gaps in the ceiling.
It was after miraculously gaining my GCSE's and then my A Levels here that I went on a Gap year with my newly aquired knowledge. It was soon after this I discovered that climbing through windows in most countries is considered breaking and entering, this is not something I continue to do. I travelled for 5 months with a good friend, joined for part of the journey by another friend who was born close to the same hallowed turf on the exact same day albeit several hours earlier. We travelled from London to LA to New Zealand to the majority of Australia then from Bangkok down to Singapore. Despite spending a lot of money doing this it remains a great experience.
On my return I rid myself of my bleached blonde hair and headed down to Ealing in West London to pursue my interest in Journalism by starting a degree at Thames Valley University. It is here that I still attend lectures and struggle desperately to meet deadlines. I still live at home in Harpenden and commute down for my lectures. I also work numerous jobs including bar work at the Public Hall, looking after children and playing music for people to dance to. This pays in part for my student lifestyle and in part for my obsession with music and movies. I play the drums, watch said movies and listen to said music and spend more time than is probably healthy in the Inn on the Green in Harpenden. I don't smoke although I do drink. I was tempted to write one of those little questionnaire things, but I decided to answer the questions in a more creative way. I may not have answered all the questions but I don't think anyone really needs to ask if I like oreos or not because I'm from England and we don't have them here. I've not worn shoes yet today because I feel a bit ill and haven't been out of bed for long.
