People dont go around that city anymore. Some folks say it's haunted. All I know is that way back when the revolutionaries strung up anything they could get their hands on: men, women, children, cats, dogs, livestock. Everything just hanging in calculated rows down the city streets, as far as the eye can see. I figure it's a pretty scary place for a picnic now; most everything is fairly decomposed and all.
