Author Mo Shines is from the Bronx but now resides in Ohio. His writing derives from the harsh and grim realities he was exposed to growing up. He's a former NYC Correction Officer who has been on both sides of the law but chose to walk a righteous path.He signed a publishing deal in 2005 and his street novel Brazen was released in May 2005. It's available in major chain bookstores everywhere, including Amazon.com.
