I am here for Networking

About Me

I am 25, live life in Bristol and work in Festival and Event production.

My Interests

Music, cheese, big newspapers, music, people watching, red wine, books, talking bollocks to the early hours, my beautiful bicycle, music, cutting and sticking, taking photos, walking, the sea, festivals, tall stories, peanut butter, love, Brazil, northern accents, trying to wear dresses more, graffitti and art, travelling, music, frizz-ease, avecados, belly laughing.

I'd like to meet:

Opened this page mostly for networking purposes, to meet promoters event managers, bands, DJs and Musicians - All kinds - Rock, reggae, ska, folk, breaks, world, singer-songwriters, Electronica, Dub... Artists - VJs, photographers, film makers, sculptors, Graff and Aerosol artists, digital artits... Anybody who appreciates any of the above. Oh, there you are! Nice to catch up with a few old friends too.

Music:

On Myspace particularly, at the moment I like: Cajun Dance Party, Adele, Man Called Micheal, Jubb and the Dirty Sleeves, Dogs, The Boy Least Likely To and Pop Levi amongst others. Otherwise - in no particular order and by no means complete: The Kinks, Arctic Monkeys, Erika Badhu, Guillimots, The Young Knives, The Killers, Arcade Fire, Jose Gonsalez, Divine Comedy, Damian Marley, K'naan, Kanye West, Bonobo, Quantic, The Baker Brothers, Lilly Allen, The Strokes, Goldfrapp, Roots Manuva, Soul Coughing, Ben Harper, Dolly Parton, Morcheeba, Lamb, DJ Shadow, John James Newman, Richard Ashcroft, De La Soul, Johnny Cash, The Future Heads, No Doubt, Paul Weller, Joni Mitchell, Micheal Jackson, The Foo Fighters, Madeline Peyroux, Manu Chau... Oh, it goes on and on.

Movies:

Childhood favourites: The Goonies, Calamity Jane, BIG, Labryinth. Classics: American History X, Donnie Darko, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, Amelie, Big Fish. Worst Film Ever Seen: AI or maybe a film I once saw with Sarah Michelle Geller (pre-Buffy), starring beside a magic, wish-granting crab. Awful.
