I've decided to join the YMCA and try some exercise. I don't know if this is a realistic goal, but I'm going to try and walk/run 500 miles by January 12th 2009. Wish me luck and hopefully I'll loose a few pounds while doing it.I figured while I was at it. I decided to keep track of the weight lose if I have any. Wish my luck on my journey.
