About Me

About MarkusEMI recording artist MARKUS CHERONE is one of Boston's best kept 'not so hidden ' secrets. For those of you in the know, he has been performing in the Boston music scene for years. As the prolific songwriter and, charismatic guitarist, for FLESH and, SUPERZERO. He has toured the world over, from the East coast to the far east! His music and performance throughout the years has been a unique balance between introspection and provocation, in other words...rock n roll! His latest band, OK PANIC (02 - present) Is a natural progression from guitarist to front man! It was only a matter of time before Markus added lead vocals to his resume, which eventually lead him to trying his hand in musical theater, performing cameos for BOSTON ROCK OPERA. Not one for forgetting where he came from, Markus also has formed SLIP KID, a tribute to one of his earliest influences, THE WHO. He is currently writing and recording for a new project, Hurtsmile. So take a peak at the past, experience the present, and get a hint at the future. Markus and his music.
