Not only does he have more fans or "believers" than any other, he's also got a day of the year dedicated to him, and he had special powers, like parting water, turning water into wine, cloning fish such that he could feed 5,000 and let's not forget coming back from the dead three days after good friday!
So when I take that into account, my all time hero has to be Goku from Dragonball
