I am here for Dating and Friends

About Me

I'm currently training to be a nurse, though i won't be caring for children because i would cry everyday of my life! When i qualify i would like to work in a country less fortunate than my own, where i can feel that i'm making a huge difference to peoples lives.I LOVE going to see bands, especialy the local ones and am a big supporter of ESSEX ROCKS who are currently doing a tour to raise money for the Essex air ambulance(check them out on my friends, they do a great job).If i could offer anyone one piece of advice, it would be to read 'Was God an Alien?' by Erich Von Daniken. It changed my life!

My Interests

My biggest passions at the mo are music and work (im good at my job!) I'm in serious need of a hobby, so any ideas are most welcome!

At the moment i'm mostly listening to Incubus, The Smiths, The Long Blondes, Maximo Park, The Stranglers, The Cure, Kasabian, T.REX, The Howling Bells, Sham 69, BLoc Party and alot of locals bands.

Movies:

All Mike Leigh films. Quadrophenia, Velevet Goldmine, The Crow, Scum, Made in Britain, Resevoir dogs, Napoleon Dyanmite, Labyrinth, American History X, Goodfellas, The Lost boys, all the Hannibal films...And everything with Gary Oldman in!!

Television:

Peep show, Mitchell and Webb, Comic strip presents.., Spaced, Young ones, Bottom, Alan Partridge, Phoenix nights, Blackadder, League of Gents,...i think you get the general idea! Traffic cops, Torchwood and Doctor Who. Love watching documentaries on fascinating diseases and peoples struggles to meet the social norm. Anything that Tony Robinson presents on history-the guy is a genius! Generally any old documentaries on science, history, interesting and unusual things. I dont get the idea of watching tv or the sake of it!

Books:

'Was god an alien?'-Erich Von Daniken, and all his other titles. The mystery of the crystal skulls! Other than that mostly Anatomy and Physiology books-for research purposes.

Heroes:

Gary Oldman, Erich Von Daniken, though there are always people who inspire me..too many to mention infact!
