i love my movies! ...Scorsese- with De Niro especially, Taxi Driver is my favourite film, but i think Raging Bull is their best. David Lynch- Mulholland Drive blew me away, and i think about Eraserhead all the time. i saw Inland Empire- fucking hell it was incredible. i thought eraserhead was the closest thing there was to a film being a work of art- but inland empire is the purest expression of artistry ive ever seen. Woody Allen- i love New York, and love his films in NY- Play It Again, Sam should be set there, liking the Woody in London too- (match point). Kubrick- he is an absolute genius, i love 2001, A Clockwork Orange, and the Shining. Coen brothers- the Big Lebowski?- always. love a bit of bridges- in the 70's King Kong- he is a young dude!...plus a bit of Lang : ) Late 60's/ 70's American films from the Graduate- '67 (love dustin hoffman) to Raging Bull- '80. Rocky is one of my favorite films, all of the Rocky films are a kind of guilty pleasure- thats not so guilty actually because i love a bit of it- and i dont care who knows! : ) I Heart Huckabees or I Love Huckabees- either way i bloody love it.
