NEW ORLEANS IN PERILS
Hurricane Katrina left much of Louisiana in shambles. What
happened to FEMA? Where were Prez Bush, Condoleezza & the
rest of the Administration during this catastrophe?? Why
the delay in relief efforts?? Perhaps because Mr. Bush was
on yet another vacation while our Secretary of
State/National Security Advisor, embarked on a
shoe-shopping-spree!?!? Hundreds of innocent
people died while those fortunate enough to survive now
face permanent displacement from homes, family & everything
they hold dear. Let us be reminded that the majority of
people effected were men, women & children OF COLOR! We all
witnessed the blatant IGNORANCE, INSENSITIVITY& INHUMANE
acts of the Federal Government as they turned their cheeks
on the innocent. The people of New Orleans & surrounding
areas are left with more questions than answers.
