Which Egyptian God or Goddess do you represent? (Pictures!) Thoth, God of Wisdom and Learning Thoth was said to be self-created, along with his wife Ma'at. He was said to be represented by a baboon, these grave facial features displaying extreme thoughtfulness. He supposedly carried a pen and scrolls with him, with which he records all things.
You are a very intelligent individual. You know what is important in life, and that you have to be smart to live in this world. Peace!
That word pretty much sums me up. I come and go in peace and positivity, as often as I can. Unless, they gimme a reason not to. I'm a young soldier but anyone who knows me will tell you that I am definitely an old soul. What keeps me going is "the struggle," which is constant. Those who know what I'm talking about, I'm sure you can relate. Also, not to mention soul, be it music, theater, any expression of African experience and African rhythm. Be it from Asia, Africa, North/Central/South America, the Caribbean, or Australia. Wherever my people are, I am.
Yo, there are so many people on MySpace, I ain't even gonna begin doing shouts outs. I will, however, give a brief shout to everybody in VA, who strive with me, my comrades. I also want to give `nuff respect due to my physical family, my righteous family members in the movement, and my ancestors. Without you, there would be no me. I stand on your shoulders.
Other than that, essentially, I'm just a HipHop Head man, to the core. I love HipHop, not just the music but the culture. With that, I want to recognize the NGE and the Mighty Universal Zulu Nation (Zulu!).
Also, to give a little background on the name: Tewodros. It takes after Tewodros II, an Abyssinian soldier whose mission was to advance the nation of 'Ethiopia.' He was never really well-known until, while moving to "modernize" Ethiopia, they suffered an attack by European invaders, namely the English. Following the attack, Tewodros found himself surrounded. He became instantly recognized for his fortitude, when, he turned his weapon and killed himself as a sign of defiance, rather than surrendering or suffering capture. Tewodros represented the spirit we later saw in men like Malcolm X who was also willing to give his life for his people. All the real brothas, stand up!
Before I go, I want to shout out the UNIA-ACL, D'Zert Club and all of the LOC's around the country. Finally, Rest in Freedom to everybody who transitioned and to everybody still livin' and lovin' it alive.
