UNIQUE TALENT FOUND BIOGRAPHYUnique Talent Found (U.T.F.) have created a bridge that expands the underground and commercial Hip-Hop world. With production credits to local artist from the street level to the commercial level, UTF will become the next record label to rocket to the top.

Unique Talent Found (U.T.F.) consist of 4 people CAPRICE, D-MILLA, WILLIAM J (THA LIBRARY), AND D-BLACK. All where born and raised in Northern Virginia and were drawn to music at early ages. As youths, D-MILLA spent his days playing one of the several instruments and he was proficient in drums for the school band, and in the afternoons listening to Doug E Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, Biz Markie, Gangstarr, and BDP, just name a few of many. WILLIAM J (THA LIBRARY), born in 84, influences was Hip-Hops early 90s. The likes of Slick Rick, Leaders of the New School, A Tribe Called Quest, and 2pac just to name a few. UTF started the movement 9 years ago with just D-MILLA AND WILLIAM J (THA LIBRARY)., where they would eventually scrap up some money with their part time jobs to get there first beat machine and keyboard. In the first 3 years practicing their craft, they found songwriter/artist in D-BLACK, CAPRICE, AND HOFFA who are all local artists, have been down from day one. We are going to continue to bring good music to the fore front and keeping supplying the local area's with classic UTF music. Our presents will be felt !!!

Born February 1982 in Columbus, Georgia, Cory D. Smith (Caprice) is the oldest of two siblings on his mothers side and the youngest son on his fathers side. He spent alot of time moving from state to state with his mother and his sister, who both play major roles in his life. Since the age of nine, Caprice has always had a love for music. His mother played hits from such artists as Michael Jackson , The Temptations , and Earth Wind and Fire . It was these artists who helped spark Caprice's interest in the world of music but as he got old his interest turned into a love for all things Hip-Hop. From the ability to play upon words to the style and rhythm of the culture all the way down to the kick of the base drum and the snap of the snare Caprice loves to make music.
Caprice has been a rap artist and songwriter for U nique T alent F oundation for five years. Jay-Z, Nas, Tupac, Biggie, and Twalib Kweli are only a few artists who have inspired Caprice to become confident in and about his artistic skill as a Hip-Hop artist. Caprice's name was derived from his like of the Chevy Caprice Classic. Caprice has been featured on numerous songs done by UTF and is featured on UTFs two compilation albums and will be on furture releases. Caprice's goal as a Hip-Hop artist is to be the best and to bring Hip-Hop back to its once loved form, and in the process putting the state of VA back on the map.

Born December of 84 in Alexandria Virginia, David L Stancil (D-Black) was the younger of two children. He grew up in a low/mid-class home with his mom and sister, two strong and outspoken individuals. Since day one D-black was influenced by music. His mother sang in a local soul group and in the church choir. As a child D-black also sang but as he got older he became infatuated with everything that stands for Hip-Hop. The way beats and rhymes connect, the style, the culture.

David has been a hip hop artist/songwriter of Unique Talent Foundation (UTF) for seven years. The pioneers that have inspired D-black to become an inspiring hip hop artist are Big, Pac, Jay-z, Nas, but most of all his cousins D-milla and J-milla of UTF Productions. The name D-Black comes from, well D the first initial of his government name, the Black stands for B lack L ife A lways C hasing K rumbs. Its a reminder to not sell your self short because as black people we often dont set high goals for our selves. D-Black has been a featured artist on UTFs two compilation albums that have created a VA buzz and is looking forward future releases. As a hip hop MC, D-Black strives to bring you the best and the most unique hip hop/music VA has to offer.
