I am the Japanese variant of Chinese rice cake, which, like my Chinese origin, I'm made of glutinous rice, pounded into paste and molded into shape. I can be found chillin on a grill, being made into a confectionary, fried, and my favorite, sitting in the hot tub(or you might call it soup... your choice).
