The Side Effects band was formed in April of 2005 as a result of the Blues Society of Omaha's BluesEd Program. The band plays blues and classic rock with other genres thrown in for fun.Previous gigs include: opening for Shannon Curfman at Murphy’s Lounge,
Playing With Fire Concerts, Lincoln’s July Jamm, the famous Zoo Bar in Lincoln opening for Kris Lager, and have opened for the popular local band The Jazzwholes a number of times.They have jammed with some of the best local and national
musicians, Including Canadian Paul Deslauriers, Johnny Rawls,
Kris Lager, Don Hoes, Sarah Benck, the Jazzwholes, The BSO All
