About Me

Eastern Turkish Formed in Omaha, Nebraska, about a year and a half ago. Johnny, Jay J, and Lexxx were three guys who really nothing else to do, so they all decided to start a band. After going through numerous names they finally settled on Eastern Turkish.After a couple of months of jamming and brainstorming songs, the band of three friends decided to lay down a couple of tracks courtesy of Matt Hovanec and Plan C recording-(www.myspace.com/plancrecording ) From there, they set out to play their first show on May 19th. After playing with such bands as West Of Reality, Bensin, The Newest, Back Door Heroes,The Swellers, The Losing Streak, The Hooligans and Straight Outta Junior High, the journey of Eastern Turkish will only continue to explode with twists and turns.

ANOTHER SHOW!? OMG

Eastern Turkish has a show at the Rock on June 9th. We'll be playing with Running From Sue, and a couple others. Be there, it's gonna be awesome.
