Mexican-American all around Kewl Rockera Chika
This is me... I am from Lost Angeles..... which explains why I don't get frustrated with traffic easily and I luv the sun eventhough I'm supposedly goth jaja. I moved to Washington DC once I started college and have pretty much been here ever since. I used to live a corporate life by day and was a rockera by night....promoting Latin Alternative music in Washington DC. Right now I work on the weekends as DJ Ultrasonica at an all Spanish Latin Alternative radio show called "Oxigeno" on (www.radioviva900.com) or VIVA 900 AM (for those in DC/MD/VA).
You can always find me at a good concert or local show and I luv traveling. My favorite cities so far are Monterrey (MX), New York, San Francisco, and New Orleans (although I hope I get to visit again before it gets hit by another natural disaster *sad face*). On my free time I play guitar, mostly for my two cats Maya and Karma as my audience because I'm shy, however, if you get enough drinks in me...I've been known to play some acoustic stuff. Well thats me in a nutshell hope you enjoyed reading stuff you already knew about me.. or maybe wanted to know. :)

Music:

I grew up listening to Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, , Sonic Youth, FooFighters, Veruca Salt... but I also love all types of Spanish Rock my favs are Caifanes, Jaguares, Cafetacuba, Heroes del Silencio, Julieta Venegas, Maldita Vecindad, Ely Guerra, Natalia y La Forquetina, Bunbury, Gustavo Cerati, Gran Silencio, Zoe. Recently I've been listening to gothic/electronic music as well like VNV Nation, Theater of Tragedy and Therion........
I also luv the local DC bands who promote the Latin Alternative scene and support Oxigeno.

Television:

I don't like to watch television... but if I do I watch reality shows (not American Idol or Survivor) I like to watch shows where the purpose is to actually learn something new and challenge yourself and not just for money.

I also prefer to play .. games like this!!
