Born in Peru, Juan starts his journey at the age of 12, after participating in different groups, teaching music of the Andes, he moves to USA, based in Washington D.C. Juan performs with Andes Jazz Fusion "RAYMI", band that he belonged for the past 10 years. Juan, wind player (zampoñas, quenas, mosceños, tarkas, native american flute, didgeridoo, saxophone, etc.)tries to express the very soul and understanding of what being a native from Earth truly means to rest of the world that he wishes everybody could comprehend.
