Music:

Atlanta native that is refusing to grow old! You guys may talk about "Old Skool." If so, call me "Socrates." (Thanks for that one Lawrence!)
I cherish my friends and family. They are the people you can never be to close to or have around too much. I have also learned, that if I have to lie to friends and family I am probably doing something I have no business doing!
I have experienced many different things in life, knowing the thrill of being on top, as well as the pain of hitting the bottom. In all these experiences though, you can never dwell too long or hard on any one specifically. The only constant in life is change. So, enjoy the highs and do not wallow in the lows. They are all only temporary and as such guideposts to tomorrow!
My favorite music is jazz, with a heavy emphasis on horns and vocal harmonies. After that: if it is perfomed by someone with true talent...I'll listen to just about anything!

Movies:

Ahhh....Favorite All-Time: Tombstone. You gotta love "Doc Holliday!" I am a sucker for "Forrest Gump" and all it's trueisms. It should be admitted, up front, tears are usually shed when prompted at the theater. There, I said it and feel no less a man!

Television:

My plasma screen is typically tuned to "The Science, Discovery or History Channel." However, I have been known to thoroughly enjoy "That 70's Show." Especially since I am one of the few here to have partied in the 70's, 80's, 90's and the first decade of 2000 with no signs of a slow down.

Books:

"Man's Search For Meaning" by Victor Frankl. "He who has a reason to live, can bear with almost any how"/Nietzche. "How To Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

Heroes:

My father. He is as "rock solid" as they come. "Thanks for the quiet lessons on life, Dad!" Next would be Ronald Reagan, a modern day hero who effectively communicated the greatness of this land we call home, America.....
