skateboarding, zine' making, painting, photography, rock-n-roll, bros, clouds, bike rides, sunsets, making sacrifices, short-term goals, cashing in the change jar, when hip technology isn't hip anymore and the price goes down so normal dudes like me can afford it, conversing with lou, serial killers, beverly hills 90210, oklahoma history, and of course- Miss Meg.
More skateparks and record stores.
I got tired of looking at that huge list. Maybe I'll get extensive with it again later, but off the top of my head- Dinosaur Jr, Dead Milkmen, The Stooges, The Ronettes, Big Boys, Black Flag, Thee Headcoats, The Hunches, X, The Clash, The Smiths, Fats Domino, MC5, Devo, Little Richard, New York Dolls, Stevie Wonder, Guided by Voices, GENE VINCENT.
We Jam Econo, Who Cares?- the Duane Peters story, Thrashin', I'm not super into movies as an "artform". Classic skate videos, Punk rock history type stuff, and just the epic shit my parents turned me onto as a youngster- The Jerk, Blazing Saddles, Vacation, Anything with John Candy, Fletch, etc. Oh yeah- The Stoned Age and Slingblade are the best for quoteability. And Spinal Tap never gets un-funny.
Prove it.
Are awesome.
Lucille, Donna Lou, and Lou. Clyde and Nadine Frizza- They just cruised around the US for a month with no real plan.
