ciao! bird is an improv-noise-duo from mülheim/ruhr (germany). we are sisto and peter.
sisto mainly plays his handmade electronics/ oscillators/ instruments and circuit bent toys/ stuff. peter mainly plays a contact-miced drum-set/ prcussion and acoustic details(bells, toys, flutes, bottles, ...) so our sound alters between intense rythmic-driven, loop-like parts and concentrated, detailed, no-drums moments. we simply play as it comes, giving every idea a chance, TOGETHER. sometimes we have stage decorations.
we both have solo projects aswell and we run a small label for experimental fun called SOUND EINZ
