Your Kiss is Red
You are intense about kissing but easily distracted.
You kiss for attention, power, and passion.
It doesn't take a lot for you to want to kiss someone.
If you see a kissing opportunity, you always go for it!
Kissing Type: Kissaholic (admit it!)
People See Your Kisses as: Seductive
You Kiss Best With: An Orange Kisser
Stay away from: A Blue Kisser
What Color Is Your Kiss?

Your Kisses Are Spicy and Wild
Your kisses are powerful stuff. They'll start a fire in almost anyone you kiss.
You kiss with passion, skill and endurance. Anyone who kisses you is in for a long, intense ride.
You better watch out though. Your incredible kisses are likely to get you in trouble!
How Hot Are Your Kisses?

I like to talk to all kinds of people, about anything and everything, and I love getting people's opinions/thoughts on things. (I also speak pretty good French, so let this be an invitation to anyone else who enjoys it as much as I do - I ♥ a challenge...) lol I'm a "think outside the box" type of thinker, and I love to analyze things. I love to debate, and I love critical thinking. I love to learn from people. This Myspace community may have some things about it that make people frown, but I think it’s good to be able to “network.” ;)
I filled out a questionnaire-type thing the other day that asked me what I’m most grateful for. I think, besides knowing where I would wake up if I died in my sleep, that the thing I am most grateful for is being able to love and be loved, being able to fully reciprocate passion in all its forms. “The best things in life cannot be seen.”
So now that we got those synoptic introductory paragraphs out of the way...
In addition to being the "Queen of Rhetoric Wit"...
I'M A MUSIC FREAK!!!
...Music is an inherent part of me. Rock (hard, classic, etc.), blues, country, Christian contemporary, R&B/urban, pop, dance/techno, musicals/plays, movie soundtracks/TV scores, oldies, some metal, easy listening, jazz, classical, etc. - pretty much everything except yodeling and Norwegian foghorns. (Actually, Julie Andrews did a pretty good job yodeling on The Sound of Music, so I might have to take that back.) Anyway, a lot of things I listen to don't exactly edify my soul, but I love certain songs because of the message, the key they're in, the talent and/or style of the artist, etc... So I usually listen to music LOUD ...(Except when my daughter is nearby, of course...
(Any other Rockford Fosgate fans out there?)
Other things that pique my interest include movies, art in all forms, graphic design/"digital art," IT/computers/HTML, singing, reading, writing, language & etymology, crossword puzzles & other mind-exercise games, news, world & foreign issues, forensics, criminal justice, cars (enthusiast, customization, audio), comedy, geneaology, gemology, animals, *foreign* languages, going for drives, traveling, shopping, concerts, biking, swimming, bowling, parks, zoos, museums, the symphony, etc. Yep, everything we kiddies did on field trips.
Elaboration on my descriptors:
WHITE:
I'm Norwegian, German, English, and 1/16 Cherokee. Unfortunately, the Scandinavian roots manifested themselves in the form of vampire-white skin which is nearly impossible to match in the cosmetics arena. ...However, with a few tanning sessions... lol The light hair and eyes I will take though, thank you very much. Moving right along...
CHRISTIAN:
I was saved when I was six, but then a interminable string of "tragedy, trauma and injustice" (I can laugh about it now!) caused me to get further and further away from the only lasting source of healing - the lover of my soul, a.k.a. my Father, my Creator, my Jehovah Rafah, God. After my mother's passing in May of '98 and then yet another incredible heartbreak in the summer of '99, on June 21, 1999 I was rededicated to the Lord, and it was an instant 180-degree change.
He has healed me from many things, given me the strength to overcome still more, and given me the permanent joy (not happiness 100% of the time - joy and happiness are two different things) that comes from knowing you will never be alone, you can never be "bad" enough for Him to leave you, and one day you will live with Him and get to be with your loved ones again. His love, promises, grace (unmerited favor - rarely heard of in the carnal) and forgiveness have truly set me free. He is my everything, and my heart and life belongs to Him.
FEMALE:
Alas, I have no Y-chromosome... lol
...I work at home, which is fantastic because I have no commute, I save money not buying cafeteria lunches, vending machine drinks (used to work at a hospital) and uniforms (I can work in my jammies), and I don't have to fight to find a clean, unoccupied bathroom! Yessss!
I have a daughter named Christine Catherine
who's 6. She is soooo smart and sweet and loving, she's such a blessing (and feisty, too, like her mommy)!!!
I have a cat named Isa; she's a young adult, long-haired black and gray tiger stripe (kind of like a Maine Coon or Angora) who is extremely loving and loyal. She is very friendly, not independent and snobby like some cats. But actually she lives with Christine's dad now, so there aren't any pets in my house. Except dust bunnies.
Last but not least is a turquoise and red Betta named Pooh, and he was two years old in May (hardy little buggers, aren't they?)!
UPDATE: Last November (2006), Pooh went to the great aquarium in the sky. Rest in peace, finned friend.
Favorite Memories From Childhood: Garbage Pail Kids, Burple, Pop Rocks (the real ones), candy cigarettes, leg warmers, jelly shoes, pogo balls, slip n' slides, hair crimping, neon everything, slap bracelets, puff paints and splatter shirts, Fraggle Rock, Punky Brewster, MTV when they actually played videos, Ghostbusters, Superman, Hubba Bubba bubble gum SODA (if anyone else remembers that, I'll eat my hat), record players, Atari, NES (Tetris rocks! And by the way, I am a Tetris master, so if you challenge me you better have a gooooood ante my friend), Legos... See below for favorite childhood toys, heh heh...
Funny Memory From High School: I was in early bird geometry, and we were watching an educational video on the mathematical wonder of the ancient Egyptian pyramids. As the camera zoomed in on the city of Cairo, there was an innocent-looking white bird (something that looked like an emaciated tern) sitting on the topmost branch of a thin tree. As the camera panned right, the bird proceeded to lift its tail feathers and take a big, healthy dump for the audience. ...It's funny what sticks with you all these years later.
Now, for the astute observers of mine and my daughter's pets' names (Isa and Pooh), if you are the first to correctly guess who actually NAMED these pets, you will be the winner of a brand...new... CALIFORNIA RAISIN!
Yes that's right folks, one of these gorgeous geriatric grapes can be all yours, all you have to do is submit your answer in writing by the 32nd of March for your chance to win! Odds of winning depend on number of entries received and how many times you've ever eaten or snorted fire ants. Winners will be notified by telepathy.
These are a few of the imaging studies that I transcribe the findings of...
Actual clinical indications transcribed by me during my career:
1) "Stabbed in scalp with barbeque fork."
2) "Seven-inch object lost in rectum, assess for possible obstruction."
3) "Jumped off two-story building." (No, this was not a suicide attempt!)
4) "Punched wall." (The patient had fractured his fourth and fifth fingers - it happens more times than you care to know, lol.)
This has got to be one of the best: Dictated by a gastroenterologist reporting an encounter with a sarcastic and skeptical patient... "He also reminds me of a news report about surgery being performed on the wrong side of a patient that he saw on the news three years ago, and I again reminded him that he only has one anus and therefore that should not be a problem." lmbo!!
HOSPITAL CHART BLOOPERS
Actual writings from hospital charts:
1. The patient refused autopsy.
2. The patient has no previous history of suicides.
3. Patient has left white blood cells at another hospital.
4. She has no rigors or shaking chills, but her husband states she was very hot in bed last night.
5. Patient has chest pain if she lies on her left side for over a year.
6. On the second day the knee was better, and on the third day it disappeared.
7. The patient is tearful and crying constantly. She also appears to be depressed.
8. The patient has been depressed since she began seeing me in 1993.

10. Healthy appearing decrepit 69-year old male, mentally alert but forgetful.
11. Patient had waffles for breakfast and anorexia for lunch.
12. She is numb from her toes down.
13. While in ER, she was examined, x-rated and sent home.
14. The skin was moist and dry.
15. Occasional, constant infrequent headaches.
16. Patient was alert and unresponsive.
17. Rectal examination revealed a normal size thyroid.
18. She stated that she had been constipated for most of her life, until she got a divorce.
19. I saw your patient today, who is still under our car for physical therapy.
20. Both breasts are equal and reactive to light and accommodation.
21. Examination of genitalia reveals that he is circus sized.
22. The lab test indicated abnormal lover function.
23. Skin: somewhat pale but present.
24. The pelvic exam will be done later on the floor.
25. Patient has two teenage children, but no other abnormalities.
More as I fine tune and tinker with this...

Heroes:

The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; my grandma Post; my mom; and everyone who's ever worked, toiling away year after year, without complaining or copping out of life, quietly helping everyone around them, making a huge difference in the lives of people who don't appreciate them till they're gone. I love all of you and can't wait to meet you someday. Thank you for your blood, sweat and tears.

As for the people who sit on their butts all day not wanting to find gainful employment, smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day, insisting on keeping 5 cats and 3 dogs, all while complaining about how poor they are and trying to figure out who they can bum a dollar from next... You owe your freedom and comfort to the Americans who know what it is to get down and dirty, roll up their sleeves, and fight the good fight.

God bless, and thanks for stopping by...
