I starter studying as a drummer in 1992 under the direction of Massimo Carloni ,music masster in Ascoli Piceno.VOCATIONAL TRAININGBetween 1993 and 1998 I attended Dave Weckel Gary Novak Paul Wertico and Gary Chafee clinics. In the same period i attended a Secondary School with an enphasis on Sciences in San Benedetto del Tronto where i got the School Leaving Certificate in 1998.In 1999 i attended the BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC in BOSTON (Performing Program) under the direction of BOB WEINER and RON SAVAGE.At the beginning of 2000 i went to BRAZIL (Salvador the Bahia) where I attended specialization courses at ESCOLA DE SAMBA.I have study and training privately with the music master ETTORE MANCINI ,who holds the chair of percussion teaching at UM ( Universit della Musica in Rome).In september 2001 i went to NEW YORK where i got a diploma at the DRUMMERS COLLECTIVE and ,during my stay here ,I had the opportunity to study with ELVIN JONES and WILL COLHUN.CONCERT AND PERFORMING ACTIVITYBetween 1993 and 1998 I played with FOGLIE SPARSE ,MACCHIA NERA and WASHING GENNARO bands as drummer percussionist.In June 2000 i was called to play as a percussionist with Orchestra by the State Conservatore G.B. Pergolesi in Fermo ITALY for a concert whose theme was MINIMALISM.In August 2000 I co-operated with BABYLON SYSTEM REBEL (Percussion Ensemble) and DJ FABRIZIO FATTORI in the afro-meeting of THE SUMMER JAMMING FESTIVAL in Ripatransone ITALY.In the same period I played Afro-Cuban music in a rhythmic duo with FEDERICO PORTELLI ( Z-Star).I collaborated numerous time in the jazz field with: MASSIMO COLUCCI , GIACINTO CISTOLA TRIO, GIANLUCA CAPORALE, FABIO ZEPPETELLA, EHATN IVERSON, FABRIZIO PUZIELLI, PERRY BRUNI, IVANO SABATINI, WALTER MONINI, MASSIMO MORGANTI, ROBERTO ZECHINI,DANILO MEMOLI,AMIN ZARRINCHANG ,STEFANO TRAVAGLINI,MASSIMILIANO COCLITE,BRUNO ERMINERO,SANDRO DALLOM0,FABRIZIO BOSSO.I played with PICENO ORCHESTRA directed by CESARE FICCADENTI.From December 2001 to present ,I have played as a drummer percussionist with LUPO ALBERTOS BAND and JAH WORK ACOUSIC TRIO.I have been the drummer for the FESTIVAL DELLA CANZONE ASCOLANA performed at TEATRO VENTIDIO BASSO in Ascoli Piceno since 2002.In 2004 I toured as a percussionist with ELETTRODUST ( ITALIAN TOUR) www.elletrodust.comIn 2004 I toured and record for the Italian singer LINDA www.lindaweb.it (classified third at 2004 San Remo FESTIVAL) ( Italian-American swiss tour)From 2005 I work with my projects WASABI 03 special guest Fabrizio Bosso.
