MY LOVES--I Love to Laugh,I Love Playing Drums & Making Music.I Love Making People Happy and I LOVE WATCHING MOVIES!!! More importantly I Love My FRENCHIE and my GIZMO! Making EMMA laugh and smile is one of the greatest joys in my life...she has a great laugh :)MY LIFE--THE PAST--I started playing drums at 18 months and began working professionally at 5.At 7 years old my Mom & Dad and I started a band called LAVA & THE HOT ROCKS,which lasted 20 years.During that time we played many,many gigs and appeared on a variety of television shows.We released our first CD in 1995(a year after I graduated from the Los Angeles High School for the Arts),the CD entitled "You Damn Mexicans Are Too Loud!" was a major labor of love and we were very happy and proud to have received the great reviews and notices that we did get. THE PRESENT--I've been married to my beautiful wife for *6* years and our first child,EMMA was born on May 19Th,2006. In 2004,I began working for both Home Entertainment Magazine & Digital TV--starting out first as a Test Assistant and later on as a writer.So with the knowledge & experience that I got in the industry,I deceided to start my own company last year called ELEVATED AUDIO & VIDEO.Myself and my partners offer a variety of services to anyone who wants the absolute best performance from their Home Theater system. Since April 2006,I've returned to being the full-time drummer for MISTER JONEZ.Last Fall,we began jamming with L.A. Guitarist and owner of HollyView Sound Studios,Doug Gorlin on a new collabortive effort and musical project.Many new songs were written and the process of recording these songs as well as some of the older MISTER JONEZ material began in November of last year.We've been continously rehearsing and recording since November and our goal is to have a completed CD ready this Summer.We are all very excited by what we've been working on and will be hitting the club-scene with a vengeance very soon! Personally,I love spending my days raising our Daughter EMMA,she has changed my life and made me a better man.Parenthood is not always easy,but nothing every really is.She is an AMAZING soul, human being and gift from GOD. THE FUTURE--I'll keep you posted,it should be interesting.
