NOE was born and bred in Baltimore, MD. His young adult life was filled with the harsh realities of living in a city notorious for its increasing homicide rate. Despite becoming one of Baltimore's notorious eastside "drug dealers and two-time felon", NOE continued to exercise and sharpen his expression, leading him to become a young aspiring poet and songwriter.
