2BADD BIOGRAPHY
2Badd the hottest & youngest dance group in Toronto, is comprised of Shemar Charles aka "Lil Brooklyn", and Lamar Johnson aka "Flipz". These two bad boys have been dancing before they could talk, and at the young age of 10, and 12 Shemar, and Lamar have the dancing world at their feet.
It was only one year ago, when these two heartbreaker's got together as a group and started to perform at different talent shows and special events. Their style of dance is mixed with Hip Hop, Breaking and Dancehall. 2Badd's influences are Michael Jackson, Usher and The Boogaloo's which brings such a diverse style to their routines.
While performing Blaze Entertainment took notice of 2Badd and showcased their talents at The Marc Ecko Getting Up Festival. Thousands of people cheered as 2Badd performed on stage where artists such as Ciara, Busta Rhymes, Ludacris, Lil Jon and many more performed. Many were amazed with 2Badds performance, and one of them was award winning video director Lil x who has directed a video for every major artist out right now. Lil x thought they were so hot he cast them in Sean Paul's Temperature music video.
2Badd appeared on the nationally televised "Showtime at the Apollo" in February 2006. The boys were chosen out of many to perform at the world famous Apollo Theater in Harlem. After 2Badd's performance Monique as well as special guest Ray J and his mother praised the boys for their impressive dance skills.
After viewing 2Badd's performance at the Apollo BET was so impressed, they immediatley booked the duo to appear on 106 & Park's Wild Out Wednesday dance competition. The boy's appeared on the popular show December 13th and with an overwhelming and astounding 69% of the votes won. Since then Shemar and Lamar have gone on to become one of the most popular dance teams to ever appear on Wild Out Wednesday.
2Badd has also appeared in popular commercials (50 Cent G Unit Seriously Sports), movies (Honey) and many music videos.
Despite their age and size, 2Badd is a force to be reckoned with!
