I live in Bellingham, which is sandwiched in between Seattle and Vancouver. I am a roller derby fan and a certified pilot and aviation enthusiast. I am 'into' wine and work in the industry. I like exercise- especially running. I also like: roller skating, tattoos, muscle cars/hot rods, motorcycles, Camping and the outdoors, snacking, learning, sucking at golf, rock climbing, Germany, Canada, back packing with more booze than food, linguistics, heavy construction machinery, abandoned factories, kayaking, astronomy and cosmology, SCUBA, Tae Kwon Do, and traveling. I also take a special interest in human/animal rights issues, the environment, polyamory and other alternative lifestyles and progressive politics. On a less serious note, you will find me exclaiming "that's what she said" more often than necessary.
Pilots, derby grrrls, people from Bellingham or other town I have lived in (LaFayette, Plattsburgh, Durban South Africa, Hamilton, Seattle...) and completely random people who I have something in common with. I am most interested in meeting people from the Bellingham, Wa area so that the friendship can shift into one that occurs in the real world.

I enjoy movies far more. I don't have cable, but when I have access to it, I like Family Guy, Simpsons, Cash Cab, Flip This House, Six Feet Under, and What not to Wear.
I like all books. I love every type, from comic to non fiction, to a dictionary (etymological preferred!!) I love classic lit (especially eighteenth century French). I love political and Marxist theory, feminist theory, philosophy, anthropology, and history.
