About Me

Hello! Thanks for stopping by my little space =) About me . . . hmmmm . . . well, the best part of my life is my very special husband of 15 years, and my beautiful son who is 10 years old. I was very lucky to have married a special man who is a WONDERFUL husband and father . . . we are still in love and best friends after all these years! He is forever my soulmate =) My son is also the love and light of my life, we have a small, but very close family. =)
I've been in various kinds of nursing for 20 years, but am "semi-retired" at the moment . . . taking a break, and not sure if I'm going back lol. It's good to enjoy life at home right now! I love gardening, riding my bike, walking, and enjoying ALL things animals and nature. Being outside with nature is the very best place to be . . . I love walking in the woods, and just enjoying the peace that nature brings to me. Horseback riding is also a major passion, although I don't get to do it often enough! Then again, every day might not be enough! =)
My profile picture of a wolf, is a picture of my spirit and soul. Wild, free, strong, at one with nature. I felt it respresented me more than a regular picture . . . there are more pictures of me and my family under "view more pictures". I've had lots of pets over the years, dogs, cats, an iguana, birds, etc. but I'm currently living with 3 very special cats. I'd like to own a bearded dragon (lizard) one day, and maybe another dog!
I believe strongly in God: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. I recognize Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior, who suffered and died for me on the cross, then rose again. Here on earth I may be that wild, strong and free Indian woman, but my soul truly belongs to Jesus Christ, I am forever one of His lambs.

Hmmm . . . what else about me! lol . . . well, I believe in kindness and compassion as true strengths. I believe in being kind and respecting ALL people, no matter what they look like, where they come from, what their beliefs are, etc. We are all children of God. I enjoy spending time with family and friends more than anything!! Although I need that special time to be alone with my thoughts =) I'm very friendly and kind, but I do have my "mother bear side" lol . . . don't we all at times? =) My second name of "RoseWolf" says it all . . . part of me is a gentle rose, loving and kind, but the other half is a wild wolf . . . mysterious and strong.

My Interests

Animals and nature! Especially wolves of course! =) I love being outside on a nice day, I love the beach, I love the woods, I love oceans, lakes, and waterfalls. They all inspire me and speak to my soul. I like to watch thunderstorms with lots of flashes of lightening and deep booms of thunder . . . as long as I'm safe. =) I also like to watch snow softly falling, and see it PILE UP! Yes, I know that sounds strange *smiles* . . . I guess it's just all part of loving nature of any kind.
I'm very artistic, I love all kinds of crafts: painting, models, ceramics, bead work, embroidery, cross stitching, I'm sure I've forgotten something here!
I love my computer . . . browsing, working with Paint Shop Pro, playing *some* games, (only two) most I find too violent, and are just not for me. I do play World of Warcraft however, and love it very much . . . My husband also plays the game, we enjoy solving the quests and joining friends there.
Gardening, biking, long walks, reading, collecting, shopping, visiting new places and seeing/doing new things . . . I just like keeping BUSY!
Most of all, I love spending time with family and friends!

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to meet the many friends I've found here on MySpace! I'd also love to see my dad again . . . he passed away when I was young. I'd like to tell him how much I love him and how much he has meant to me all my life.
I'd also like to go back in time . . . wouldn't a time machine be fun? lol But I'd like to go back in time and see America before it was settled. I'd love to see the endless wilderness and beauty of nature that it once was. Today we confine nature in "parks" . . . I'd just once like to see it untamed, endless, with no boundries.

I love listening to all kinds of music! Really, I'm not sure I have a favorite . . . I'll listen to Christian, Classical, Rock, Classic Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, New Wave, Country . . . honestly, I like it all! Music is a part of my soul =D

Movies:

I have many favorite movies, some favorites include The Passion of the Christ, Dances With Wolves and The Lord of the Rings Trilogy . I like Comedies, Love stories, Science Fiction and Fantasy, many others!

Well, the BIBLE has to be at the top of my list =)
I LOVE to read, and I LOVE books . . . I spend some serious money at Barnes and Noble Bookstore, lol. Too many favorites to list!
