About Me

Try the BEST MySpace Editor and MySpace Backgrounds at MySpace Toolbox !Singer/songwriter/ recording artist/ author; Tim's passion is to serve the church in North America by leading, teaching and consulting churches on reclaiming effective, Christ centered worship.
In 2006 Tim's album, "Form and Essence" won the Maja Awards Male artist of the year category and was nominated in multiple categories for both the CGMA's and the Shai Awards. But that's just the musical side of things.

Tim's recently released book on worship is called "For the Renown of His Name" and is aimed at encouraging church leaders to put Christ back at the center of our worship gatherings.

Tim is concerned about the plague of watered down, "me" centered (non)worship being perpetuated by churches and so-called worship artists today. Worship is rooted in surrender to the Lordship of Christ. The scriptures indicate more often than not that if your message is popular with the masses, that popularity has come at the expense of candy-coating the cost of truly embracing the reign of Christ. Let's shoot straight on this: Worship is not about the light show and the great music. Transformation of the worshiper's character is what happens when we really seek God. God is in the business of changing us. So, simply put: no change in us means no worship has happened.

Tim's ministry is aimed at helping churches reclaim worship that is scripture based, Spirit aware and God focused.
