These days, one could say it is rare to find a group of friends that, collectively, can create music that is fun as well as honest. Taking form in early 2005, vocalist/guitarist/pianist Mike Isa, guitarist Ray Lopez, bassist Jorge Palacio, and drummer John Walker decided on the moniker of Delpaxton. After being friends for many years, it seemed inevitable that these four young music lovers would come together to create a unique sound. With influences ranging from brit-pop to the indie music scene, Delpaxton has taken it one step further, adding a pop sensibility of their own. Now, in 2007, the band hopes to continue spreading their sound to those in their own city of Miami, Florida and beyond.
