ME..........Jeana Lee Poorman....Grew up in saskatchwan....on and off reserve...mostly in saskatoon with my kokum ....i learned at a early age that life was gunna be tough and decided as a kid i wasnt gunna be another aboriginal sitistic. I moved to Nanaimo, B.C about 6 years ago and have been on my own since. Since ive moved to this beautiful place, ive graduated from highschool, started college, am a manager/buyer for Boo Streetware, and am now working towards a business degree. I ve learned that life is what you make it not what others make of you. Im highly spiritual, sensitive, loving, caring, loyal, humourous and loved to be humored! I see the beauty in everything and musik is a huge passion of mine. Im cree from Kawacatoose first nations and give thanx to the creator for bringing me to this earth as a firstnations person, we are the most beautiful people on this earth despite our social conflicts.....i continually pray for all my relitives living in the streets and institutions...and those who have past on due to the abuse of todays society. oh how i could go on....but there ya go jus a quick flash of myself....
