When I was fifteen, I had a dream that made me laugh so hard I laughed myself out of my sleep. But it was a perfect dream, whimsical entertainment for everyone involved.
I then realized that dreams don't have to stop once you wake up. Of course, Freddy Krueger taught us that they do stop once you wake up, or else you're really not awake. You're probably on your way to death by razor blades. Well not me because I'm still alive, but all those Elm Street kids learned the hard way didn't they? Except for Nancy. There was always Nancy...
But I am no Nancy, and this isn't Elm Street. It's LA, which could be the same thing. I haven't quite figured that out.
What I do know is that I am an adopted Asian who grew up in an adopted world of Irish Catholics and twelve years of guilt-ridden Catholic school. I have a guitar-wielding, songwriting twin brother and a few sisters and brothers also in the mix. We grew up hard and tough, and we're all the better for it!
People have told me I am a kind and caring soul, always looking out for my family and friends. They also say I'm quite talented, handsome and humble and I say, "It could be the clothes, but I'm christurner and that's just who I am, lady friends."
I do enjoy a mean cheese...it's my downfall.
And no, I'm not good at Math or Science.
