CHAD VICIOUS

Chad Vicious was self taught as a kid to play drums and guitar. Growing up Kenai, Alaska, he spent hours mimicking the sounds he heard on his record collection and watching his family members have late night jam sessions in the basement.
After spending time in countless bands, he decided to give DJing a shot; something he had done unintentionally since in grade school. "I was always known as the 'music guy' at my school. So when we would have class parties or events, I'd spend all week cueing up my cassettes so I could play my favorite songs for my classmates."
After a few years holding down residencies at various clubs in Alaska, including the World Famous Chilkoot Charlie's, Chad relocated to Las Vegas last year and immediately landed a weekly residency with Seamless After-hours. Within a year, Chad was scouted out and offered a record deal with Bro.kn Records who are based out of Los Angeles, California.
In 2008, Bro.kn Records released three of Chad's singles, Dub Mechanics - I WANT LOVE (Chad Vicious Remix), Not in my face (Original Mix) and The Filth. With a slew of tracks slated to drop in the next few months, Chad plans to bring his rock n roll background to the top of the electronic music scene.
His DJ sets and productions bring a fresh and unique sound to the electronic scene, which one could link to his musical background. Chad says, "Growing up with such a diverse musical background and playing with real instruments, I think this has given me a sound, both production and in my DJ sets, that will set me apart from most typical DJs."
