i am the last place i looked...i am not who i thought i was or who i get stuck thinking i am. i am not the succes that i 've had.. nor the failure that left me feeling so bad. i am not the drugs i took. i am not the stories i told. i am not my age or my place. i am not the person who felt dead at the tail end of a head spin. i am not the books i' ve read nor the words i've said. i am not the little boy mislead. i am not my history. i am not the lies i believed or anyone that i deceived. i am not a victim of myself nor anyone else. i am not the things i want or the pain i feel. i am not my body that does not always cooperate. i am not the person validated or rejected by another.
