Brick... if u haven't seen it, see it a'ight? This movie is everything good that films stand for, with some of the best cinematography I've seen in years, incredible story, and a screenplay that is immense beyond watching it once... my other favorites: Bladerunner, Waking Life, A Scanner Darkly, Sense and Sensibility, Belly, Kingdom of Heaven, the Fugitive, The Princess Bride, Snatch, Boondock Saints, the Doors, Dazed and Confused, Idlewild, Sin City, both Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, Chocolat, Ronin, and the list goes on and on
Television:
HBO, dude... I'm addicted to Deadwood and Rome... both very well done, although I think Deadwood wins out in the end for best historical acheivement. My favorite quote from Deadwood, "You don't fuck the future, the future fucks you...", and "does the chief have an opinion?" hee hee... also watching Six Feet Under, Entourage, and Big Love (damn, what a show)

Frithjof Schuon is the foremost writer on the Sophia Perrennis, or perennial wisdom: the underlying universal truths passed down by all religious and spiritual traditions... His book Gnosis: Divine Wisdom is very easy to understand and read...check it out! I'm also reading Thirteen Moons by Charles Frazier, and its dreamy so far...Druids by Morgan Llwelyn is pretty damned entertaining as well...
