Acting and general performance obviously. I love live music, both watching and performing (again). I socialise a lot. I also like shopping, but I rarely have the funds to do it. Ho-hum.
I'd like to meet:
Nice people who are a laugh, fellow musicians who aren't arrogant and Noel Fielding. In fact, the whole of the Mighty Boosh cast..... but Noel would do! Hmmmmmmmm.
Music:
Pretty much anything which has it's roots in rock and roll. I love loads of stuff like The Doors, Rolling Stones, Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell, pretty much anything mowtown, listening to quite a bit of Kate Bush at the moment, that sort of stuff. I do like some modern bands, but I'm really behind on what's in the charts and stuff cos I don't listen to the radio much. I particularly supporting local bands and going to smaller gigs around Liverpool, there's a LOT of talent out there.
Movies:
Hair, Singles, Truly Madly Deeply, I love all the Harry Potter Movies, and Lord of The Rings, I love chick flicks too (Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, Bridget Jones...etc), all the Indiana Jones Movies (Oh Harry!) and um, yeah!
Television:
I LOVE The Mighty Boosh. It is my favourite programme of all time. The love I have for it is almost unhealthy. When I'm not being obsessive about the Boosh I also like Spaced, Friends, Lost, Sex and the City and Desperate Housewives.I watch too much tv really. It makes my brain numb. Me like numb brain.
Books:
I LOVE LOVE LOVE, The Princess Bride by William Goldman, Drop City by T.C. Boyle and The Electric Koolaid Acid Test, but I can't remember who that's by!I love the Harry Potter book and the His Dark Materials Trilogy by Phillip Pullman (can you believe they've changed the name for the movie!? Tsk).I confess I do like a bit of girly fluffy trash when I'm feeling brain dead and need cheering up!
Heroes:
My Mum, Nan and step Dad!(Aw!)
