About Me

.. Brew Not Bombs was started in a rowhome in Pigtown. Apparently, they thought they could buck the system, make good beer, and save some cash by making the brew themselves. Years later, Brew Not Bombs has spread to being a world-wide collective (if you count the fact one chapter abroad means worldwide) that has a bunch of "splinter cells" that engage in the revolutionary act of B.I.Y. (brew-it-yourself) creations and celebrations.While some of the original Baltimore Crew have chilled a bit, chilling is good for beer, and we're ready to break the frost-chilling process and to brew some more batches.Hey, what else can we say, we love beer, we love making things ourselves, we love destroying those who oppress us!cheers and beers, and always B.I.Y,Brew Not Bombs Baltimore

My Interests

Beer, Cider, making it yourself, brewing it yourself, doing it yourself. We enjoy all kinds of brew, from our creations to Baltimore's ever-present brew, Natty Boh, to Woodchuck, to straight up whisky. We have a broad base of members, but a random sampling of our interests include: punk. folk. metal. jungle. weiner dogs. dreads. bikes. ending corporate rule. iguanas. home "improvement." education. glasswork. political subervision. circle pits. particle physics. union activity. defunct steel companies. pigtown. sowebo. dundalk. and FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!

Too much. Hey, some of us are in college, read to quiet the voices in our heads, or work for bookstores/collectives. We read, and we read like a motherfucker.
