Architecture, i'm a student, long way into my universitarian career.
Graphics, arts, videos, installations, performances and exhibitions.
naaaaaaaa.
Kevin Smith, Kaurismaki, Gus Van Sant, early 80's oldschool hiphop movies, documentaries (Plexi films rules)...
Always loved music videos, of all kinds, but i didn't received Mtv in the last 7 years. Just started watching those music television channels again. Any series running in the 70's and broadcasted in Italy in the 80's has been my real life school, covering issues like bullying, girls, behaviours, lessons learnt. Comedians, comedies, news or whatever, my tvset is always on. I usually fall asleep in front of it, daytime/nighttime... I hate realities shows, i'm not the voyeur type.
I recently found out I really like biographies, Lester Bangs, Patti Smith, the bald guy from The Three Stooges, Iggy Pop, David Byrne.
I really don't know why.
And I love anthologies of short stories.
Currently lying on my bookshelf:
Mickey Spillane "The Twisted Thing"
Jeff Gomez "Geniuses OF Crack"
Luther Blissett "Totò, Peppino e la Guerra Psichica"
Britney & Lynne Spears "A Mother's Gift"
Thomas Pynchon "The Crying Of Lot 49"
David Lodge "Therapy"
Paola Carbone "Patchwork Theory"
an anthology of new female italian writers "Ragazze che dovresti conoscere"
The characters in Hernandez bros "Love & Rockets" comics.
