*CLIMBING ONTO SOAP BOX*I have finally accepted myself for who I am; an "outing", "MY COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET" so to speak.No longer am I going to allow people to tell me "You have a pretty face, but...", If you lost some weight, you would be..., yada, yada, yada. This is who I AM! You accept it or move on. That goes for well meaning family, friends, significant others and physicians.For 30 years I dieted, trying to become what society has deemed is acceptable. I have done weight watchers, Overeaters Anonymous, Optifast, Slimfast, Jenny Craig, Beverly Hills, Dr. Atkins, Bananna Diet, Grapefruit Diet, countless others, including Gastric Bypass.I am a BIG, BEAUTIFUL, WOMAN! Not because I am a big, beautiful, woman who will look better when I loose weight.If you are dieting and feel that is the route to make you happy, then God bless.*GETTING OFF SOAP BOX* It's dented but not broken.
