Music (it seems like a clicé but I really, really like music), drums in particular. Mr. Jack Daniels always interests me, philosophy, human behavior, basketball and any form of participation in the proceding of any rock concert.
To meet someone is trivial unless you get to interact. Unless they're dead ofcourse.
So I would have to say John Henry Bonham. And Bill Hicks. And my late cat.
Though I must say I did like meeting, and the relatively short conversation I had with, Terry Bozzio.
I really, really like it! The playing, tuning and study of drums is my passion. If I have a moment to spare I'd most likely use it to hit something, rythmically, with a wooden stick, stretching something over a cylinder or study percussion & percussion instruments, cymbals & cymbal alloys, drum-building, hardware etc. online, depending on the circumstances. I will not even attempt to list the bands or musicians I listen to, the list being to long, but Tool needs to be mentioned as my favorite band. I do listen alot. My mp3 thingy follows me around everywhere. My preferred genre would be the harder and heavier rock and metal but I listen to so much more than that. I considder music the greatest of arts, given that it flows from the composers soul rather than into his wallet.
One form of very entertaining waste of time.
The manifestation of Satan in the form of an electrical appliance.
Terry Pratchett's Discworld and whatever my guitarist hands me, that well read bugger. Otherwise I like religious texts.
Martyrs on cocaine and steroids and Bill Hicks ofcourse...
