His mixtape series – S.A.R.S., Empire & the Fifth Elements’ Series have done exceptionally well with a combined artists sales of well over 30,000 units, but Law actually started his career as a live DJ playing many events in High School from Windsor to Montreal, Landing some club gigs in between. In 1997 he started part time at an all Hip Hop Club @ the Entertainment District in Toronto, Canada – The Beat Junkie (1994-2002.) After a few months Law became the resident DJ spinning various styles, up to 5 days a week & for more than 3 years. This rigorous schedule fine tuned his live DJ skills to a point where he can read a crowd and tend to their musical needs without skipping a beat.During these years (1997-2002) Law was approached by various people to do Internet programs, Law participated in a few including the popular “Gladstonewhat?!?”. In 2001 Law started playing on CIUT 89.5fm for a new show that was trying an innovative way of programming that would target the urban scene on an overnight format. Law loved the idea and jumped right in giving his style of hard work, dedication & Hip Hop knowledge to the masses. With a daily listener ship of around 200,000 Project bounce has become the 1 spot to get your Hip Hop Fix in Toronto and the surrounding areas including Buffalo NY, Law has remained dedicated & loyal to Project Bounce and still currently Plays 4 nights a week.Law’s Styles vary greatly and he doesn’t just listen to one particular genre of Music, which combined with his vast comprehension of where the people and the music come from help him give his audience what they want. Law is steadily gaining respect from his peers as a person to turn to; he is always there to get their music out, dig out a hidden gem or to find the best thing for a project.
